climate controlled expo space
with newly painted 26 1/2 foot. high black ceilings.
This multi purpose single story Convention Center can be easily
divided into many sections for product displays, general assemblies
with keynote speakers, catered meals and reception areas.
This space has been used for Consumer
Shows-Boat Shows, Home Shows, Fishing Shows, Antique Shows; Trade Shows
– FCCI Insurance, Gevity HR, Tri Chamber Meetings,
CA Day, Florida Veterinary Association; Motivational Seminars, Zig-Ziglar; Concerts-Country,
Mexican, Latin, Religious; Dancing, Ministry, Commercial shoots-Maria
Sharapova Cannon Commercial; The President
of the United States - George
W Bush; the list includes many more events.
With more than 4,700 square feet of break out rooms, meeting
space for seminar training, accreditation classes and special
product instructions.
A 9 window, 9 cash drawer enclosed Ticket Booth wired with
phone lines ready for credit card or debit card functions.
(An ATM machine is located inside the main entrance)
Two Story 1,400 square foot Green Room with dressing rooms,
showers, kitchen facility and 2 Queen size Murphy Beds,
a place to relax, regroup and refresh.
17 landscaped acres with more than
1,000 parking spaces, the Convention Center has outdoor park
benches placed under the shade of trees to watch airplanes
take off and land just the other side of the Street, a parking
lot away!
