The Sarasota Bradenton International Convention Center has gained reputation for its phenominal food prepared by in house caterers, Runway 22 cafe.

Randy Ellis and John Medico, otherwise known as the "Bella Boys" from Bella Cucina, with their staff have prepared food from breakfast pizzas in our expo hall to elegant dining.

The “Bella Boys” have served buffet to 2,800 persons in one event, all in 45 minutes!

The "Bella Boys" and staff are skilled at Creating Menus, Themed Meals, Specialty Ethnic Items, as well as many types of delectible cuisine.  From Texas Barbeque to White Glove dining.  Meals from 30 - 5,000 persons
